This page explains how this website handles personal data: waitlist signups, language preference, and optional analytics. It is not a privacy policy for the Carezza iOS app.

Waitlist: what we collect
Your email address, which part of the page you signed up from, and optional campaign source (such as utm_source) if you arrived via a campaign link.

To send you launch updates when Carezza is ready on iOS. We do not use waitlist email for unrelated marketing.

We use Loops to store waitlist signups and send email. Your message is submitted to Loops from this site.
Waitlist: how to leave or delete
Use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or contact us and ask to remove your address from the list.
Cookies we use
We set two functional cookies on your device, lasting about 400 days: carezza-locale (English or German) and carezza-consent (whether you accepted or declined analytics). They are stored when you use the language toggle or respond to the cookie banner. Language preference is stored even if you decline analytics.
Analytics (optional)
We measure basic page loads and download button clicks anonymously in memory without storing cookies or creating personal profiles. If you accept, we also use PostHog (EU Cloud, eu.i.posthog.com) with persistent cookies to measure extended interactions and session recordings. If you decline, no persistent cookies or recordings are stored.
Session recordings (optional)
With the same consent, PostHog may record your session (mouse movement, clicks, scroll, and page content) so we can see how the site is used. Form fields, including the waitlist email, are masked before they are sent. Recordings are not collected if you decline, and are not tied to your waitlist email.
Legal bases
Waitlist email is processed to send the launch updates you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Functional cookies for language and consent are necessary to remember those choices (TTDSG § 25(2); Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and session recordings are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; TTDSG § 25(1)).
Your rights
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer — as easily as you gave it. You may also request access or deletion by emailing contact@carezza.app.
